Our journey began in London, with a shared passion for holistic wellbeing and personal growth. After years of transformative experiences with yoga in the East and West we returned home in Bucharest.
Here, we set out to create a reality where individuals could embark on their own path to wellness and self-discovery.
Together, we have trained for over 1,000 hours with leading yoga institutions, from London to New York, Madrid to Bali, North India to South India. Being experienced in both traditional and modern practices, we offer more than just a workout – we provide a space for personal growth, connection, and community.

Q: How does the offer work?
You can start whenever you want, as you choose the first class you want to come to. Your 5 classes are valid for one month from the start date.
Q: Are classes in English or Romanian?
We offer a variety of styles, from non-dynamic to... very dynamic! Our classes cater to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced.
Q: What type of classes are available?
Just select the first class you want to come to on the booking page. We will ensure you later get the 50% intro offer discount for new customers.
Q: How do I get the discount?
The intro offer is a one-time payment for 5 classes, valid one month from a start date you pick. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
Q: Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
Yes, all classes are livestreamed and the intro offer includes access to both options: in-studio and online.
Yes, absolutely. Our classes are suitable for all levels, with the teachers offering modifications and simple variations whenever possible.
Q: I'm not flexible or strong, or I'm a beginner. Is this for me?
Q: Can I come to both online and in-studio classes with the offer?
All classes are in English, but our teachers are fluent in both English and Romanian to accommodate all students. Classes in Romanian coming soon.
Our spacious studio (150m2) offers an ample changing area, storage space, bathrooms and filtered water. Premium Lululemon mats can be rented, with other props free to use.
Q: What facilities do you have at the studio?
Q: What should I bring for class?
Comfortable clothes and a mat, if you're not renting one. Perhaps a reusable water bottle and a towel.
Q: I have an injury or medical condition. Is this for me?
Our teachers offer modifications to suit everyone where possible. Let us know before class or contact us if you're not sure about something.

The discount can be applied to one person at a time. If you want to come to yoga together, please share this page with your friend so they can book their first class separately. If you don't want to get this offer for yourself, and you're only getting it for a friend, just use your own name and contact details to book, as we get in touch to confirm with everyone individually anyway. Don't know when your friend wants to start? Choose a random first class and we'll sort that out later!
